Acer negundo 'Flamingo' or Californian feather maple is a medium-sized shrub or small tree. It is a fast grower with an ovoid crown, variegated, with unevenly pinnate silver-white leaves with a pink edge that turn yellow, brownish-yellow in autumn. Does well in all types of soil, with a preference for light acid. Requires a sunny spot, semi-shade is also possible. Good hardiness, but shelter from wind is recommended.
